30 MIN FULL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT | No Repeats, At Home

This is a 30-minute full body dumbbell workout you can do at home — no repeats, no equipment drama. The workout is split into three clear blocks, so it’s easy to follow and feels well balanced. We start with arms and shoulders, then move into legs and back, and finish strong with abs and core. The warm-up includes 5 exercises, done for 30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest to get your body ready. The main workout runs on 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. At the end, we slow things down with a short cool down — again 5 exercises, 30/10. I’m using two 3 kg dumbbells, but make sure to choose a weight that works for you. When we get to the lower body block, feel free to grab heavier dumbbells if you have different weights at home.
