There's a large variety of different styles and exercises to suit all levels of exercisers. Minimal equipment, minimal space and lots of heart pumping, muscle burning combinations to engage both mind and body. In Day 3 Cardio Sculpt you will start with a fun cardio warm up, then move into some slightly tougher cardio combinations before hitting the lower body hard with various squats and lunges. You will engage your arms and shoulders using a towel. After the towel segment you will move into a down dog leg raise set that includes mini hand stands. Then there is a high energy cardio segment before moving to the mat to finish with some leg raises, abs and a lengthening stretch.
