Start your journey to a healthy weight now—enjoy it for breakfast or dinner! 🤗😋 👉 Recipe: 1/2 cup (50 g) rolled oats 1/2 cup (100 ml) warm water 1/2 head of cabbage (300 g) Olive oil Cook for 2–3 minutes 1 sweet potato (160 g) 100 g corn (cooked) 2 cloves of garlic Spring onions Dill 3 eggs 1/2 tsp salt Black pepper Cook on low heat for 10 minutes Turn over Cook on low heat for another 5–7 minutes Delicious and healthy!
