Hello everyone! Today, I’ve prepared a healthy and delicious cabbage recipe. I make this dish for breakfast every single day! It’s great for weight loss—I’ve dropped 10 kilograms in a month! Today, I’ve incorporated oats into the recipe. It’s a low-calorie dish—perfect for a healthy diet and a healthy weight-loss plan! 🤗😋 👉 Recipe 1: 1/2 head of cabbage Olive oil Cook for 3–5 minutes 1 onion 1 carrot Cook for 2–3 minutes 1 potato 2 cloves of garlic 3 eggs 1/3 teaspoon salt Green onions (scallions) 1 tablespoon rolled oats 1 tablespoon flour Cheese Fry until golden brown on both sides 👉 Recipe 2: 600g cabbage 1 teaspoon salt 1–2 sweet potatoes 1 carrot 1 red bell pepper Dill and parsley Green onions (scallions) 3 eggs 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 80ml milk (or plant-based milk) 10 tablespoons flour (150g) Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes Mozzarella cheese (80g) Bake for another 5 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
