(Decoration: chocolate drizzle and half a walnut). ----------------- SECOND SHORTBREAD: (ALMONDS) *-390 g of dough. *-100 g of toasted and ground almonds with skin. *-1/4 teaspoon of sweet almond extract. (DECORATION: ALMONDS AND ICING SUGAR). ---------------------- THIRD SHORTBREAD: (HAZELNUT) *-390 g of dough *-100 g of toasted and ground hazelnuts *-1/4 teaspoon and a little more vanilla extract.
