LET'S GET TO THE INGREDIENTS: 👇🏻 FOR 8 MINI TARTS: *-1 rectangular sheet of puff pastry. *-Granulated sugar, as needed. FOR THE TRUFFLE FILLING: 👇🏻 *-300 ml of vegetable mix (if you don't have this, you can use heavy cream with 35% fat) *-55 g of granulated sugar *-100 g of cream cheese (like Philadelphia) *-1 1/2 tablespoons of hazelnut spread *-Pure cocoa powder, as needed DECORATION:👇🏻 FOR THE CHOCOLATE ONES: 👇🏻 *-Coating chocolate with a little sunflower or seed oil *-Chocolate cereal balls (for decoration) *-Truffle made from the same filling *-Raspberries FOR THE ICED SUGAR ONES:👇🏻 *-Icing sugar *- Truffle from the same filling.
