Making watercress and dubla beans and a fresh watercress salad

Hi all We found some fresh young watercress herbs in the store this week so we decided to get some and show you 2 recipes. The first is a quick braise with dubla beans and the second a fresh watercress salad with feta and mustard oil. Ingredients 4 bunches watercress herbs 1/4 cup oil 1 onion sliced 2 tomatoes, diced 1 cup dubla beans 3 cloves garlic, sliced 1 dried chillies 1 tsp rough salt (adjust top taste) Watercress salad handful of young watercress leaves 1 onion cut in rings 2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced 2 green chillies 1/2 block feta cheese 1 tbs vinegar 1 tbs mustard oil Serve the braised watercress with rice and dhal or dhal and roti.
