Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Cover and let rise for an hour. 20 g of cocoa. 10 ml of milk. Mix well. Cover and let rise for an hour. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Sprinkle with 100 g of chocolate chips. Make cuts. add chocolate cream to each piece. Form the croissants. Place on a tray lined with baking paper. Cover and leave for 20 minutes. Mix an egg yolk with a tablespoon of milk. Place almond seeds on each croissant.
