It's very delicious, so please give it a try. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■Ingredients (6 pieces) ・60g plain flour ・120g smooth bean paste ・35g brown sugar ・1 tablespoon water / 1/2 teaspoon baking soda ・Appropriate amount of frying oil ■How to make 1. Divide the bean paste into 6 equal parts and roll them into balls. 2. Combine the brown sugar and 1 tablespoon water, heat in the microwave at 600W for 30 seconds to dissolve, and cool. 3. Mix 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and water, add to the cooled brown sugar, and mix. 4. Sift in the flour and mix to form the dough. 5. Sprinkle flour (not included in the recipe) onto a cutting board, turn the dough out, roll it out into a long, thin strip and divide it into 6 equal parts. 6. Spread the dough out, wrap the red bean paste around it, shape it and place it on a baking tray. 7. Boil water in a frying pan, place the buns on a steaming board, cover and steam over medium heat for 10 minutes. 8.
