It's super delicious, so be sure to give it a try. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■Ingredients (for one 15cm cake pan) ・3 eggs ・6 slices of cheese ・60g granulated sugar ・120ml milk ・30g plain flour ・Lemon juice 1 tablespoon ■How to make 1. Tear the sliced cheese into pieces and place in a bowl, add milk, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 1.5 minutes at 600w, mix well to dissolve, and allow to cool. 2. Separate the egg whites and yolks, and keep the whites cool. 3. Beat the yolks, add 20g of granulated sugar and mix well, add ① and mix, then sift the flour into the mixture and mix. 4. Beat the egg whites at high speed for 30 seconds, add 40g of granulated sugar and lemon juice, and beat until soft peaks form. 5. Beat at low speed with the hand mixer for 1 minute, gradually add ③ and mix until fluffy. 6.
