Kofta Ingredients: 1 kg minced lamb with some fat. 2 medium onions, grated and drained. 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley (or a full cup if you prefer more). 1 heaped tablespoon salt. 1 teaspoon seven-spice mix. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Chili pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients well until combined, then shape as desired and grill. #kofta #cooking #recipes
