Shrimp Sayadieh 900g uncooked shrimp 2 cups rice 4 onions 3 garlic cloves 1/2 tsp ginger 1/4 cup oil + 1 tbsp ghee Chili pepper and dried lime Salt and chicken bouillon cube to taste Spices: 1 tsp fish seasoning, 1/2 tsp black pepper, turmeric, coriander, and 1/4 tsp cumin. Method: Sauté the onions in the oil and ghee. Add the garlic and ginger, reserving some for garnish. Cook the remaining onions until browned, then add the spices and shrimp for 4 minutes. Add water, chili pepper, and dried lime, and boil for 7 minutes. Add the rice, salt, and bouillon cube, and cook over low heat until tender.
