In this session, we'll work on strength, stability, and control through full-body exercises that integrate legs, glutes, core, back, shoulders, and arms. The weights add a gentle challenge to improve muscular endurance without losing the essence of mindful movement. Throughout the class, we'll combine standing and floor exercises, paying close attention to technique, breathing, and alignment to ensure each movement is safe and effective. ✨ In this class, we'll work on: ✔ Full-body strength ✔ Core stability ✔ Shoulders and back ✔ Legs and glutes ✔ Coordination and movement control You don't need heavy weights. With 0.5, 1, or 2 kg per hand, it's usually enough, although you can adjust the weight according to your experience and how it feels.
