Before starting the knee exercises, we'll be sure to warm up your feet, as they are actively involved in movement and directly affect the knee joints. Do these exercises 3 times a week and you'll support the health of not only your knees but also your entire musculoskeletal system. This knee warm-up is convenient to do: in the morning as a gentle warm-up at work, to loosen up your joints before your main workout Contraindications ⚠️ Perform all movements within a comfortable range.
