You might be surprised, but one of the most tense and undervalued areas of the body is the calf muscles, specifically the peroneal group. Tension in these muscles is often associated with pain in the knees, feet, hips, and even the lower back, although most people aren't even aware of this connection. Today, we'll focus on normalizing the calf muscles and explore effective exercises that will help relieve tension, improve biomechanics, and reduce stress on the joints. If you: have knee pain for no apparent reason have foot or ankle pain have hip pain or experience occasional lower back pain 👉 Be sure to watch this video to the end – the cause may not be where you're looking. Do these exercises at least 3 times a week to relieve knee, hip, and lower back pain. Contraindications ⚠️ Perform all movements within a comfortable range. If you feel pain during the exercise, reduce the range of motion to a comfortable level.
