Persikkapiirakka

Persikkapiirakan ohje, jota käytin aikoinaan paljonkin, mutta on välillä päässyt unohtumaan käytöstä. Persikka-kermaviilipiirakka 4 lasia vehnäjauhoja 2 lasia sokeria 2 tl leivinjauhetta 2 tl vaniljasokeria 250g voita tai margariinia 2 kananmunaa 1 lasi maitoa tai vettä (tai piimää, vaihda silloin toinen lusikallinen leivinjauhetta ruokasoodaan) 400g kermaviiliä 2 kananmunaa 1 dl sokeria 2 tl vaniljasokeria Sekoita kuivat aineet ja lisää sulatettu voi. Ota lasillinen murua erilleen ja lisää loppuun kananmunat ja neste. Levitä taikina pellille Sekoita kermaviiliin kananmunat ja sokerit. Levitä seos taikinan päälle. Lisää n. 450g persikkaa ja lopuksi aiemmin erilleen otettu muru. Paista 200 asteessa n. 20 minuuttia. Peach pie recipe, which I used to use a lot, but sometimes I forget to use it.
