As the sun slowly set, the warm golden light gently fell on me — the perfect moment to cleanse my crystals and release all the heaviness of the day. In the evening, I cooked a comforting bowl of tomato and beef noodle soup, simple but deeply satisfying. With a calm heart and a slightly tired body, I spent the night creating — working on my own original IP art series, letting colors and emotions flow onto the canvas. Heat a pan and stir-fry the beef with Sichuan peppercorns and ginger slices to remove impurities. 2.Continue frying until the beef turns golden brown. Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon stick, and bay leaves, and stir well to release the aromas. 3.Pour in enough water to cover the beef. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for about 1.5 hours, until the beef becomes tender. 4.Peel the tomatoes and add them into the pot. Gently crush the tomatoes with a spoon so they melt into the soup. 5.Season with oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, salt, and tomato paste.
