Pilates Core WORKOUT | 40 Minutes | No Equipment | All Levels Follow Along Abs & Core Class #pilates

In this Pilates-inspired WORKOUT we will be focussing on the core, but not just the front abdominal muscles that get a lot of attention - we will be strengthening the obliques, lower back, glutes, inner thighs and hips. All of these muscles play a really important part in stabilising and strengthening the core. Our core is involved in so many of our basic movements - getting out of a chair; reaching up to get something; bending down to pick something up; even in just the simple act of walking. As we get older it is even more important we take care of these muscles so that we can carry on using our bodies to their best abilities.
