Core Strength WORKOUT | 35 Minutes | No Equipment | All Levels Follow Along Class #coretraining
When we think about strengthening the core we often focus on the front part, the area we can see more easily and may feel like seems more impressive if we have a six pack. But there are so many more muscles involved in our core - the hip flexors, lower back, hamstrings, glutes, obliques. This 35-minute class will work on movements that target all of those muscles to lengthen and strengthen them. At the end of the class there will be a link to a 15-minute HIIT core workout class where we put these movements into 7 different exercises where we work for 45 seconds then rest for 15 seconds. The class has two options for difficulty level so it is suitable for all!
