This 10-minute daily core WORKOUT is designed to target your entire core area - lower back, abs, obliques, and glutes. There are 5 different exercises repeated for 2 rounds, and each exercise is performed for 45 seconds, followed by a 15 second rest. Each exercise has the option of being easier or harder so see which works for you, depending on how much you want to challenge yourself. This session is perfect if you want to strengthen your core area, improve your posture, and enhance those six pack muscles.
