Insta - __jackybhoy Strava - Jack Hanlon 3 weeks out from Gold Coast babyyyyyyy. Friday was long intervals on the treadmill and a bit of a check-in on where the block is at. Big walk around Yarra Bend on Saturday morning, then Alpe du Zwift on the bike, 1,200 metres of climbing. Finished it off with some mobility at Anytime Fitness Collingwood. Sunday - 40km and 10 laps of Princes Park - easy peasy.
