Insta __jackybhoy Strava - Jack Hanlon Less than 2 weeks until show time - HWGGG!! Gold Coast Marathon, 5 July. Sub 2:45 is the goal. This was the last proper build week before taper kicks in, and it was a big one. Friday kicked things off with 27km through the hills at Yarra Bend Park, 391m of climbing, followed by a gym session in the afternoon. Saturday was a recovery Zwift ride watching the football, then a second easy run at lunch. Sundays in Albert Park throwing down a half marathon PB. Monday was a walk and gym day, legs needed it. Tuesday back to Yarra Bend for 15km on the trails, then Zwift intervals in the afternoon. Wednesday was the last hard session, 5x2k at 3:35 pace on the treadmill, plus gym. Thursday, a morning walk, short run with 3k at marathon pace, and that was the week wrapped. Total running, cycling, strength - feeling ready to give it a red hot crack x
