🔥 DAY 30 OF THE 30-DAY LEG CHALLENGE 🔥
Mission accomplished. 💪🏾🦵🏾 Thirty straight days. Thirty consecutive 10-minute slant board workouts. No missed days. No excuses. Over the past month, I completed: ✅ Squats ✅ Step Downs (Pistol Squat Progressions) ✅ Calf Raises ✅ Bent-Overs What started as a simple challenge became a lesson in consistency, discipline, and commitment. This journey helped me build stronger legs, improve mobility, increase flexibility, and strengthen my mindset one day at a time. The biggest takeaway isn’t the physical progress—it’s proving to myself that I can set a goal and see it through. Thirty days ago, Day 30 seemed far away. Today, it’s complete.
