Day 22 is complete, and the finish line is getting closer! 💪🏾🦵🏾 Today’s 10-minute slant board session included: ✅ Squats ✅ Step Downs (Pistol Squat Progressions) ✅ Calf Raises ✅ Bent-Overs Twenty-two straight days of consistency have shown me that small daily efforts lead to big results. Every workout is helping me build stronger legs, improve mobility, increase flexibility, and strengthen my foundation. At this point, it isn’t just a challenge anymore—it’s become a lifestyle.
