🔥 DAY 28 OF THE 30-DAY LEG CHALLENGE 🔥

Two days left! 💪🏾🦵🏾 Today’s 10-minute slant board session: ✅ Squats ✅ Step Downs (Pistol Squat Progressions) ✅ Calf Raises ✅ Bent-Overs Twenty-eight straight days of consistency has shown me that the hardest part is simply getting started. Once you commit to the process and keep showing up, the days begin to stack up and the results begin to follow. My legs feel stronger, my mobility has improved, and my flexibility continues to get better. More importantly, this challenge has reinforced the mindset that small daily actions can lead to big changes. The finish line is in sight. Two more days to complete this journey and finish what I started.
