Day 24 is complete, and the finish line is getting closer every day! 💪🏾🦵🏾 Today’s 10-minute slant board session: ✅ Squats ✅ Step Downs (Pistol Squat Progressions) ✅ Calf Raises ✅ Bent-Overs Twenty-four straight days of consistency have taught me that progress happens when you keep showing up, even on the days you don’t feel like it. The goal has never been perfection—it has always been commitment. Each workout is helping me build stronger legs, improve mobility, increase flexibility, and create a stronger foundation for everything I do. Only 6 days remain. The work isn’t finished, but neither is the mission.
