This time, we'll be doing a 4-minute HIIT workout to improve cardiovascular function and build a "body that doesn't tire easily"! Combining this with dietary management will also have a fat-burning effect 🔥 We'll do 4 exercises x 2 sets, each consisting of 20 seconds of intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. Let's aim for fat burning and improved cardiovascular function in a short amount of time. It will be quite tough until you get used to it, but let's do our best together until the end!
