Today's Workout (EMOM 20): Minute 1: Cross-Legged Glute Bridge Minute 2: Squat & Twist Minute 3: Dead Hang Minute 4: Deck Squat Minute 5: Cossack Squat Complete 4 rounds for a total of 20 minutes. Move with control, focus on quality, and use the session to restore strength through better movement—not just to break a sweat. After the workout, spend one intentional hour building your future.
