Today's workout is a 24-minute EMOM focused on stability, control, and strength through isometric holds. EMOM 24 Minute 1: Handstand Hold Minute 2: Horse Stance Hold Minute 3: Hollow Hold Minute 4: Reverse Plank Hold Minute 5: Single-Leg Stand or Hops (Right) Minute 6: Single-Leg Stand or Hops (Left) Complete 4 rounds for a total of 24 minutes. These holds aren't just about building stronger shoulders, core, hips, and balance.
