Leroy Shield's "Hide and Go Seek" (score reduction)
An early Shield composition for Hal Roach Studios, this boisterous march is heard (several times) as Wheezer plays hide-and-go-seek with his puppies in Our Gang's "Pups Is Pups" (1930). The best recording source, used for this video, can be found in the Gang's "Fly My Kite" (1931). Another notable appearance of the tune can be found (twice) in Laurel & Hardy's "Chickens Come Home" (1931). #laurelandhardy #littlerascals #1930smusic
