Today we visited the traditional Chicharrón Fair in Mixco, one of the most anticipated gastronomic events in the municipality, held only twice a year. On this tour, we'll experience the atmosphere of the fair, explore the various vendors selling chicharrones, carnitas, traditional food, and drinks, see the areas where families enjoy the event, and discover what other activities have been prepared for this year's edition. We'll also sample some of the most traditional dishes to get a feel for this festival that brings together thousands of people and is part of the prelude to Mixco's 500th anniversary celebration.
