Filling: Pumpkin – 400 g; Apples – 400 g; Zest of 1 lemon; Sugar – 70 g; Ground nutmeg – 0.5 tsp; Butter – 30 g. Frosting: Powdered sugar – 100 g; Milk – 2-3 tbsp. For glazing: Egg yolk – 1; Milk – 1 tbsp. Divide the dough into 12 pieces, each weighing 115 g. Bake the vatrushki at 180°C for 25 minutes.
