Rezept: High-Protein Wrap Quiche im Airfryer ⏲️ | 2 Portionen Warum dieses Rezept so toll ist? ✅ Kalorienarm ✅ Schnell & Einfach ✅ High Protein ✅ Geisteskrank Lecker 😋 🍴 Nährwerte pro Portion: 💥 500 kcal | 💪 48g Eiweiß | 🌾 27g Kohlenhydrate | 🧈 21g Fett 🛒 Zutaten für 2 Portionen: 1 Protein Wrap 2 Eier 120g Körniger Frischkäse Light 70g Paprika Petersilie Gewürze nach Wahl 35g Light Käse 👩‍🍳 Zubereitung: 1️⃣ Vorbereitung: Protein Wrap auf den Boden des Airfryers legen. Eier und Frischkäse gut vermengen. Paprika würfeln und Petersilie hacken. Alles in die Ei-Frischkäse-Mischung einrühren. 2️⃣ Backen: Die Mischung in den Wrap füllen und bei 180°C für 15 Minuten backen, bis der Wrap schön knusprig ist. 3️⃣ Käse: Nach den 15 Minuten den Light Käse oben drauf streuen und weitere 3 Minuten backen, bis der Käse schön geschmolzen ist. 4️⃣ Genießen: Aus dem Airfryer nehmen, in Stücke schneiden und genießen! 😍 ⏲️ Zubereitungszeit: ca. 20 Minuten 🧊 Haltbarkeit: Im Kühlschrank etwa 2-3 Tage
