Flight on American Airlines DC-3
My Flight on a 1937 American Airlines Aircraft. I flew into Fort Worth, Texas on one of these in 1959. I paid $15.00 from San Angelo, Texas and collected $12.00 from the Air Force for travel pay. What a fun ride. We flew out of Meacham Airport, Fort Worth, Texas. That is when it was fun to fly. Real food served and good seats and you good see the ground. Bob Adams
