Join me in this detailed tour through a Douglas DC3 (DC-3) - the civilian version of the C-47 Dakota / Gooney Bird / Skytrain which flew with the USAF and TAA (Trans Australia Airlines). The DC3's registration was VH-AES but was built initially as a C-47-DL cargo transport (cn 6021) and allocated the USAAF serial 41-18660. The flying C-47 in this video is A65-94 (VH-EAF).
