Pixel Demoliri (Hazy DIPA) | Phase Three Brewing x Messorem | Beer Review | #2957

In this review, I'm going to take a look at another collaboration beer, this time between Phase Three Brewing (‪@phasethreebrewingcompany5658‬) and Messorem, and it's their Pixel Demoliri. This is a Hazy Double IPA that is brewed and double dry-hopped with Motueka and Nelson Sauvin hops. It's a collaboration between two breweries that I've been enjoying a lot lately, and it's an exclusive of Phase Three's Pixel & Pals Worldwide 2026 mixed four pack box. I was lucky enough to get my hands on one, as my favorite local bottle shop of choice, Brewed & Bottled in Lewiston, NY, was selected as one of the locations to host the event. Pretty cool. I did have a six ounce pour of this at B&B, and it was my favorite of the box, so I'm curious to see if the canned version follows suit. Let's find out! Commercial Description: Messorem, our friends from Montreal have been crushing it for years now. Their hazy IPAs are inspiring, so we worked up Pixel Demoliri. Built from shared ideas on process and approach to building a perfect grain bill, then hopped with a ridiculous amount of two stunner hops - Motueka and Nelson Sauvin. Zesty lime and gooseberry pop out of the pour.
