In this video, I'll show you how to make delicious grissini quickly and easily. We'll first make the dough for the grissini and, of course, bake the grissini as well. Ingredients for approximately 15-20 grissini 300g Typo 0 or 550 flour 180g cold water (60% hydration) 1g dried yeast or 3g fresh yeast 6g salt 25g olive oil Preparation Place the water, flour, and yeast in a bowl and mix for about 5 minutes. Then add the salt and knead for another 5 minutes. Finally, add the olive oil and knead until the window test is successful. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 2-3 hours at room temperature. After the rising time, divide the dough into 20g pieces. These are first formed into balls, then rolled into long sticks at intervals. Give the dough a few minutes to rest between each piece. Place the sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cover, and let rise again at room temperature for 60 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200°C (fan). Place the grissini on the middle rack of the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes until crispy. Then let the grissini cool on your wire rack. My name is Jürgen Einfalt.
