Recipe: 500-550 g wheat flour (4.5 cups). 100–150 g Greek yogurt or sour cream (½ - ⅔ cup) 13 g of fresh yeast (1/2 oz). 1 eggs 2 tablespoons of sugar (2 tablespoons). 5–6 g salt (1 teaspoon) 250 ml (1 cups) warm milk. 50 g butter (11/2 oz). For the filling: 100 g dried fruit mixture (3 oz). Knead the dough and let it rest for 50-60 minutes. Form the rolls as shown in the video. Brush with the egg milk mixture.
