Torta Mimosa

Fragrant and beautiful I made some lemon custard and cream. By mixing them (without deflating the cream), I obtained the filling cream. Meanwhile, I prepared two 24-cm sponge cakes. I made one traditional and one yellow (using a little food coloring). In the video, I used two eggs, but if you make it with three eggs, it's even better. I cut the yellow one into cubes, which will be used for decoration. Then I cut the sponge cake into three discs and soaked them in limoncello syrup. I added the cream to the middle, and after shaping them into a semi-round, I covered them with the remaining cream and the sponge cake cubes.
