6 Days Hiking Latvia’s Wild Coast 🇱🇻 | Rìga - Estonian border Jūrtaka Trail Adventure

Join us on an unforgettable 6-day adventure hiking one of Europe’s most underrated long-distance coastal trails - the Jūrtaka (Baltic Coastal Hiking Trail). We begin at Mangaļsalas Mols, just outside Riga, and hike north along Latvia’s spectacular coastline towards the Estonian border, following part of the incredible trail that stretches from Lithuania all the way to northern Estonia. Our journey started on the hottest day of the Latvian summer so far. Along the way we discovered hidden beaches, accidentally wandered onto a nudist beach, wild camped by the sea, enjoyed cosy campfires, and experienced just how diverse Latvia’s coastline really is - from dramatic rocky shores to endless white sandy beaches. We also made one rookie mistake… our backpacks were far too heavy! I even carried my Sony A7R IV with the Sony FE 200-600mm wildlife lens - almost 4 kg of camera gear before adding everything else.
