Sheet Cake (30 cm x 38 cm) Yeast Dough 375 g Flour 1 Egg 30 g Fresh Yeast 120 ml Milk 60 g Butter 70 g Sugar 1/4 tsp Salt Topping approx. 2 kg Plums 2-3 tbsp Gelling Sugar Crumblet topping 150 g Flour 60 g Sugar 100 g Butter Baking time: 160°C (fan oven) approx. 35-40 minutes
