Apfelstrudel / Strudel

Apple strudel can be enjoyed year-round! Served with a little vanilla sauce and/or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for coffee—or even as a dessert—it's a delicious treat! Recipe (serves 4): Strudel dough 200 g flour 1 egg 50 ml lukewarm water 1 tsp vinegar 1 tbsp oil 1 pinch of salt Filling 1.5 kg apples 4-6 tbsp sugar Juice of 1 lemon 1/2 tsp cinnamon 80 g butter for spreading Nuts, almonds, or raisins, if desired Decoration A little powdered sugar Baking time: 180°C fan oven, approx. 50 minutes Make your own vanilla sauce:    • Vanillesoße / lecker und leicht gemacht
