Atlus released a remaster this year, 2025, titled Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of the Soulless Army. The goal of this remaster was to accurately and faithfully bring Raidou 1 to the modern gaming audience while updating the hack-and-slash combat to be more like the second Raidou game, Devil Summoner 2: Raidou Kuzunoha vs King Abaddon. In addition, new features would be added that were not present in Raidou 2. In this overview comparison, it seems as though Raidou Remastered very respectfully updates and revises the original PS2 title. This video is based on my experience playing the entirety of the original and the first 3 chapters of the remaster. Raidou vs Raidou Remastered
