Hi Friends, Today 21/6/26 we celebrated "International Yoga Day" & caption "Realign" yourself with Yoga As per standard Yoga Protocol, we did Stretching, Breathing Techniques and Asana's and joined millions of Yogic Practitioners all over the World. We did Kaphala Bhati kriya - Breathing Technique to Rejuvenate ourself. Asana's followed with Sethu Bandhasana, Uthana Padhasana, Ardha Halasana, Pavana Mukthasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Makarasana, savasana, Bhadrasana, Vajrasana, Shashankasana, Ushtrasana, Vakrasana and standing asana's Tolasana, Vrikshasana, Ardha Chakrasana, Padhahasthasana and last one Tri konasana.
