Here we go! Day 32 of the RISE 60 Program — today we're building strong shoulders and a powerful core with a workout that will challenge your strength, stability, and endurance. 💪🔥 We'll start by targeting the obliques, performing 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest to strengthen your core and improve rotational stability. After that, we'll move into the shoulder section, using 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest to build upper body strength and endurance. Every exercise is performed twice before moving on, allowing you to focus on improving your technique while pushing your muscles a little harder the second time around. You will need a pair of dumbbells and a mat. I will be using 10 lb and 20 lb dumbbells for this workout. ⚠️ Please warm up for at least 5 minutes before starting.
