This workout is focused on getting out of your comfort zone and going HEAVY. Throughout this workout, we strategically placed generous rest periods to give you the confidence to push yourself throughout the working sets. We've also provided the weights that we're using to give you a reference of how we load and progress each exercise. As always, we recommend starting light, and building the resistance at your own pace. Overtime, you can repeat this workout with some progressive overload.
