25 min Upper Body and Abs CIRCUIT Strength Training

Build strength and fire up your abs with this 25 minute Upper Body and Abs Circuit Strength Training workout! Circuits are such a fun way to train! We've got 5 circuits to work through today with 6 exercises in each set! This workout is designed to keep your heart rate up while building muscle.
