Imagine walking in the clouds ... just as the name of the romantic movie with Keanu Reeves says. Eh, the same name and feeling adorns the cake in this recipe. You know that fluffy feeling of lightness and refreshing sweet fullness of taste ... And while mentioning the clouds, we like when the sun shines every day. The cake “CLOUDS OF TURMERIC, MANGO AND COCONUT” has a look, shape, taste and colour (yellow on the inside and whitish on the outside) that reminiscent of the sun hiding in the clouds. Tropical mango (in frozen form from the Bio & Bio offer) and coconut (in the form of flour, butter, oil, milk ...) are a worthy combination that brings this heavenly taste. Due to several phases in making this cake, I give it the expert level. Therefore, when cake is finished, do not hesitate to reward yourself with a deserved "happy dance". For this recipe, I use my faithful kitchen helpers: a dehydrator for drying chocolate crust (base), a Vitamix blender for making three creams - mango smoothies, rich thick mango and coconut creams, and a finishing white glaze. Also, I froze the smoothie and cream in separate silicone moulds, and one of them has a shape of a cloud - wow, right? So, let's take a walk together on those clouds!
