Just like most of my raw cakes, this zebra cake recipe falls under the medium-difficult category. Rich layers of creamy texture which differ in colour and aromas; raspberry, pineapple and chocolate aromas. Who says we can’t enjoy tropical aromas, even during the colder seasons. After all, the ingredients of this cake have a positive effect on the digestive system and act anti-inflammatory. This is a super nutritious, low-calorie cake rich in vitamin C and full of joy which overwhelms your body as the three cream layers slowly melt in your mouth. It rejuvenates and the nutritional values of pineapple and raspberry make it a great ally if you are trying to burn fat. The trick is in arranging the three cream layers to get that zebra-cake look.
