If you enjoy peaceful cooking videos, ASMR food preparation, and simple vegan meals, this video is for you. #asmrcooking #veganrecipes #cozycooking #plantbased #relaxingvideos 👉👉 Printable Recipe is here: https://shokuikucuisine.co.uk/miso-wh... 👉Miso White Beans, Tomato & Macaroni with Chinese Cabbage (Vegan) ➡️Ingredients : 🍽️(Serves 2) • 100g dried white beans, soaked overnight (about 12 hours) • 1 shallot, chopped • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped • 255g tomatoes, chopped • 1/2 Chinese cabbage, shredded • 1 tbsp red miso paste • 1 tsp dried oregano • 100g macaroni • 500ml water (plus extra if needed) • Olive oil • Sea salt flakes • Ground black pepper • Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish) ➡️Method: 1. Heat a sauté pan over medium heat with a little olive oil. Add the shallot and garlic, cooking until fragrant. 2. Stir in the miso paste and cook gently for 1–2 minutes until aromatic (do not let it burn). 3. Add the chopped tomatoes and stir well, allowing their juices to deglaze the pan. 4. Add the soaked white beans and mix well. Pour in the water and bring to a boil. 5. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for about 1 hour, or until the beans are tender. 6. Stir in the dried oregano, then add the macaroni. Add a little extra water if needed, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes until the pasta is cooked. 7. If the mixture becomes too dry, add a splash of water. Place the shredded Chinese cabbage on top, cover, and cook for 5 minutes until softened. 8. Mix everything together and season with sea salt and black pepper to taste. 9.
